Pictures from the end of the summer as another school year
and associated activities began.
You might notice that Ethan is in a wheelchair and sporting
crutches in many of the following pictures.
This is because we had a health scare with Ethan as he was
diagnosed with an Osteiod Osteoma, a benign bone tumor, on his
pelvis. Thankfully the tumor was benign, but unfortunately it
was located in an area of his pelvis that required a surgical
hip dislocation to remove. Consequently, Ethan spent about 5
to 6 weeks on crutches beginning August 30th just after school
started. He also had to give up his fall sports of school soccer
and ice hockey.
The first day of school in late August and a party/sleepover
for Ethan with his friends just before his surgery.
